 DA NRCS Big Flats Plant Materials Center will be hosting a Forest Ripa
 rian Buffer Establishment Workshop and Tour from 9:30am-3:30pm.  The

  and David Wise (Stroud Water Research Center) -stream and river ecolo
 gy and the importance of riparian buffers and low cost methods for est
 ablishment\nBeth Roessler (Hudson River Estuary Program)- methods for 
 establishing trees and shrubs and her experiences from the Trees for T
 ribs Program in NY\nArt Gover (Penn State)-weed control methods for tr
 ee and shrub establishment and invasives\nAaron Ristow (Upper Susqueha
 nna Coalition)-projects underway in the Upper Susquehanna watershed\n\
 nIn the afternoon, the following presenters and topics will be covered

 C relating to tree and shrub establishment\nJim MacKenzie (Octoraro Nu
