Is there a reasonable way to manage grazing in the woods during winter or using it as an overwintering site in place of a barn (there is no current barn)? The woods are shruby with multiflora rose, honeysuckle, and autumn olive. Dying ash with old oaks and shagbark hickory.
I would think it would be better long term to plant a dense conifer shelter belt for a living barn, if possible.
In the short term could it be useful to "bale bomb" in some shruby invasive areas?
