A Zoom conversation with Jan Pokorný, PhD Biologist (ENKI, Czechoslovakia) who co-authored Water for the Recovery of the Climate:A New Water Paradigm. Jan and his colleagues have for years studied radiometric and other data on plant/tree transpiration across many ecosystems.
