Of my 100 acre of pasture 35 are problematic from a drainage standpoint. It is my hope that using hybrid poplar rows would help deal with soil moisture when leaves come out in spring. I have seen it work on other parts of farm. Thus my main interest right now is hybrid poplar use and pasture as a silvopasture combination.
