Welcome to the silvopasture forum, Clara.

A big part of silvopasturing is sound rotational grazing skills.  I teach a 6-week on-line "Grazing Management" course for the Cornell Small Farms program starting at the end of this month.  That, and other courses related to the livestock you mention are available through: Courses & Trainings - Cornell Small Farms
