Hedgerows and windbreaks: The paddocks edges.

As we developed our plan we considered what to do about paddock edges.  Hedgerows, windbreaks came to mind. Can't have an inside without a boundary condition.

Is there a list of plants which are safe (toxicity/forage benefits)  for graziers to include in their pasture edge areas (maybe windbreaks or hedgerows) that are also beneficial for pollinators?

For example, willows provide highly productive vegetative matter AND are safe for livestock AND provide good windbreaks AND offer erosion control AND are attractive to pollinators for pollen and nectar. Willows are an example of a native plant that provides a farmer or grazier multiple benefits.
