How to produce as much food on my farm as possible, for my animals and family, with the least amount of off-farm inputs. We cull trees for firewood and mushroom logs, tap several species for syrup, and continue to use grazing and human labor to control autumn olive, mutiflora rose, and ailanthus (tree of heaven).
