I believe silvopasture (and agroforestry as a whole) has tremendous potential to build ecological and financial resilience in farming operations, while sequestering substantial carbon and mitigating climate change. There is little region-specific guidance or research available for interested landowners in the Pacific Northwest, I am hoping to learn more from the experiences of farmers and other Extension agents.
