Event Description

Silvopasture is the intentional integration of trees and grazing livestock on the same land, creating a system that supports both agricultural production and environmental benefits. This session will provide Extension Educators with a foundational overview of silvopasture, what it is, how it works, and the types of questions farmers may have as they explore this practice. By the end of the session, participants will be more familiar with silvopasture terminology and basic concepts, equipping them to engage more confidently with farmers in their area.
