Ewes and lambs in black locust stand 6/12/2021

They are munching on the multiflora rose and barberry. Hope they take it down. I should have weed wacked the multiflora before it blossomed, just too much to keep up with. Also, the stilt grass is now rampant. I did plant grasses early and they are higher than the stilt grass which is good. Later in the year I'll drop some round bales strategically to keep the sheep eating in the woods as late as possible and to smother next years stilt grass. I'm stockpiling. I want to see how long I can keep the sheep out of the barnyard.
