I'm interested in designing sustainable low/zero input meat and dairy systems that will sequester carbon, reduce GHG, improve soil, and healthier meat and dairy products richer in nutrients. These systems would employ software approaches to actively optimise performance and minimise inputs (especially pharmaceutical). I'm exploring creating an initial pilot project in Kyrgyzstan.
